Hello,
I'm concerned about buying Samsung galaxy S9 G960U unlocked from aliexpress.
Currently I live in Europe (Lithuania) and I have a question.
What does mean "Unlocked" Samsung statement ?
Will it be region locked in my country ? Will I have to make 5 minutes call from US sim card ?
How about updates ?

There's no other way to remove the regional lock, @Viphone

Hey @Viphone
When you purchase a phone unlocked this means that it is Network unlocked, so you'll be able to use any SIM card from the country of purchase. The regional lock is different - Samsung phones are designed for the regions they were purchased in, this is because the software and the hardware differs from region to region.
To remove the region lock you would need to use the phone to make a 5-minute continuous phone call from a SIM card in the country of purchase to another SIM in the same country.
I'd recommend purchasing a phone in the country/region you live in, this means that you will get the software in time with your region and you'll be able to claim on the warranty if you need to.

So if Phone was bought in USA by aliexpress seller, so only sim cards from the USA will be unlocked ?

If aliexpress is an official seller and is selling USA models then that's correct, only USA SIM cards will work - until the regional lock is removed.
