Bug on S9+

Hello. I have discovered a bug on the Samsung Galaxy S9+ when going under settings and finding "Screen-Timeout" and taking 10 minutes then it will not save it .... It will continue on 30 seconds. I was hoping the bug was fixed after the new update but this was not the case.

Please, fix this. Its so annoying.

Same.  All solutions I have seen posted mention the PIE menu with the three dots on the battery settings page.  I do not have three dots there and therefore can not access the page for Optimized Settings.   Is there another way?
