i have just purchased a 2014 VW PAssat in the UK.
I connected the s9 on bluetooth. Phone works fine.
on audio it picks up the track listing etc, but does not play it or allow controls.
i have tested another phone in the car and it is fine.
bluetooth 5.0 should be backwards compatible?
i need help - but please do not say repair, reset etc as all done.
i have been in the settings to turn 'audio' on for pairing in this device, but it will not let me. please can someone help
