Bluetooth & A9

[Symdaddy]

Since my phones last update I've not been able see, let alone connect with, any other blue bluetooth device.  Anyone else had this problem?

@Symdaddy: Can you try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts? This will refresh the software, and address any temporary issues that may have arisen since the update. If this doesn't work, try going to Settings > Apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache, to see if this helps.

Tried it. 

I can now see other devices.

The only problem now is my phone can't see, or be seen, by my laptop (win 10).
