Galaxy S9 SeriesI have just purchased a Galaxy S9+ but cannot activate the Bixby Voice feature even though the app is installed on my phone. I live in the UK.

Galaxy S9 SeriesAnd here since the last update bixby only opens its home screen.
I cannot navigate to any setting that are for voice command.

Galaxy S9 SeriesI've had my S9+ for just over a week with no issues... this morning there was an update for it and my Bixby started with the same issues.
I've tried all the web suggestions of clearing the cache and data but Bixby Home just reloads exactly as it was before...

Got the exact same issue on my S8 and s9+

Galaxy S9 SeriesSame issue with me. Bixby used to work but then updates removed the settings ("gear" icon) and voice doesn't work... tried all the uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting and safe mode and and and... still broken

Phoned Samsung. International Bixby Servers are down. Will be restored asap apparently.
