Bixby voice is unavailable and bixby home shows only three dots for settings

Can't disable Bixby key and can't use Bixby voice. Look at the top. I don't even have the cogwheel.

What's wrong with my phone.

I have the latest update

Wiped the data and cache several times.

Thanks for the reply but there is no such setting in the settings either.

What is the problem here?

I have the same problem into my Galaxy S8. I contacted with Samsung in my country but noone could solve this issue. Then started looking here but no useful answer? How kind of ignorant people working for this company?

Thank you so muchh now I can disable the bixby button.. But I am still angry to samsung employees. They recieve a salary for it, but can't find any solution or answer. This is unacceptable
