Bixby doesn't recognise Spotify

Software version: Android 9 Pie - Samsung OneUI
Carrier: T-Mobile
Model number: SM-G960F

While Samsung happily advertises Spotify is integrated with Bixby in One UI, it actually doesn't recognise anything related to Spotify.

I have a few custom commands and tried the normal command (Hi Bixby, Play music) as advertised on the Support page. Bixby responds with "I don't understand that"

Now I'm on the point it doesn't even understand a word what I'm saying.

Yes I'm still having issues, I've tried everything but Bixby doesn't seem to recognize anything related to Spotify.

I have same problem. I tried to  open bixby menu and then swipe left  but i cant see spotify in there.

I added spotify to samsung music, but even there i cannot control spotify with bixby.

I'm having this problem also. I actually closed my Amazon Music account because it's incompatible with Bixby, and then opened a Spotify account because it's meant to be compatible.

Can some1 please provide info how to add spotify to bixby.

Samsung told me Bixby control of Spotify is only available on US devices. This is not clearly explained on the Samsung website, however.

Ok. Will it come to european also? Or should i start using google assistant?
