I have had the battery changed the old one has the emei & sn sticker problem is i have charged the battery full but the new battery is showing weak in diagnostic test any advice Thanks
I think the issue is the battery may be as old or almost as old as your phone. I doubt any new batteries will have been manufactured for a very long time.
What do you mean? However 'old' the new battery is it hasn't been charged over and over. I've got the same problem, diagnostics still say my new battery is weak.
Is the problem gone now or are you still facing it? I changed my battery with a new original one couple a of days ago but i still have weak battery life showing.
Apparently there's nothing you can do. If the Battery Management System isn't reset then the diagnostics won't reflect the new battery. Trouble is only Samsung can reset it! I think that is pretty shabby.
