Experiencing it as well. Drains at double speed than it used to.

@Ron0707: If you're having battery issues following an update then please attempt the following steps.
1. Soft Reset the device by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together until it restarts.
2. Go to Settings > Device Care > Battery > Battery Usage and look for any apps that are using an abnormal amount of battery. Go back to Settings > Apps > Select the relevant App > Storage > Clear Cache.
3. Reduce your screen brightness (or enable auto-brightness)
4. Switch off GPS, WiFi and Mobile data when not in use
5. Disable or shut down any applications when not in use.

I have the same problem and have tried what you have suggested - makes no difference. In any case what you are suggesting is NOT the answer. A 1000GBP phone that's less than six months old should not have such degraded battery performance. My indicated battery life (full charge) has deteriorated from 36hrs to 20hrs.
