It seems as if my headphone jack is loose on my s9+. I've had it for about a year. If I slightly wiggle the connector in the jack the audio that is center panned cuts out while the audio that is panned left and right remains but at a lower volume. For instance when I watch a video with a person speaking that has background music the voice will cut out but the music will remain. The cutting out also happens when the connector is rotated at certain points. It has become very annoying as just having the phone in my pocket is enough to make it cut out. I've tried cleaning it many times and It is not a problem with the headphones. Any help would be appreciated. If it's a hardware issue what is the process for getting it fixed? This is my first android phone.

Just to rule out any other problem, have you tried a different set of headphones in your phone to see if you have the same issue? If the problem continues, you would need to let one of our engineers have a look. You can find your nearest Support Centre here.
