Anyone having trouble sending pictures or videos since last update?

Since the last update, sometimes when I try to send a video or photo via text, it says, "Couldn't send message". I can't send these unless I reboot my phone. It is annoying. Any suggestions?

I've not had those issues since updating to Pie / Samsung One Ui @Weeeferd

Usually the issue around sending MMS Messages is resolved via speaking with the mobile network operator to ensure the account is provisioned for MMS.

But in your case I see rebootingbthe phone seems to resolve the issue temporarily.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone  ?

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test too.

That or try another messaging app such as Textra.

Also sometimes putting the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working helps to determine if the issue is a downloaded app.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
