I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY UPDATE ON MY S9 PLUS SINCE LAST YEAR

 

MODEL: SM-G965F

BASEBAND: G965FXXU1BRE3

Was your Samsung Galaxy Phone supplied directly by Samsung, or an online site such as Amazon or via a Mobile Phone Contract @ANDYNIKKEN  ?

Then I suspect the phone is a grey import or anywhere from the Eu.

 

If it was purchased through Amazon then it could potentially be from anywhere in the EU and this would explain why you are yet to receive the latest update in this region. This isn't necessarily the case but if you contact Samsung directly and provide your full model number they will be able to look into the origin of the device for you.  "
