Adchoices Samsung s9 plus!

Ads like adchoices is turning up on screen from time to time. Have done ad changes in google (chrome), downloaded an adblocker, removed some apps, searched the phone with antimalware but it still shows. I really don't know what to do. I saw that adchoices could be software and didn't have to be from an app, but where, in what program? I really hope somebody can help me, getting pretty desperate.

Since sundag I've been having issues with ads appearing on my lock screen generally while my phone is charging. The other night a video ad popped up on my phone, with the volume for media turned on (I always keep it off unless I am listening to or watching something) around 2:45 am, waking me up. I've been going through settings and changing permissions on many of my apps.

Finally, I decided to remove all the apps from the featured apps folder, except for lookout about an hour ago. I haven't seen any ads pop up since. So I would give that a try, as long as you don't need those apps.

I removed a lot of my apps and just kept the basic ones. I got rid of Google and chrome and for now I only uses samsung Internet and so far I'm so glad that I hasn't seen any of thoso hideous pop ups. I really hope this will work.

I just switched from my Note 8 to the S9. I never had this issue on the Note 8.  Why is this happening on S9?  This is the most annoying thing I have experienced on a phone.  It makes me want to get rid of Android all together and use an iPhone.  

I shouldn't have to remove apps to get rid of this!!
