HI, i have done software update on the 27/08/2020, my 4g has stopped working. Tried many things to try fix but nothing. Only 3g is working. When are samsung going to wake up and fix this massive issue?
Are you not getting 4G in a particular place or everywhere you go @Bcfz83
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone please ?
Can you look in your Settings and Connections and make sure Lte/3G/2G is ticked.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help too with a diagnostic.
