@MBagshaw15: Are you using the cable and adapter that came packaged with the phone? If so, try tapping on 'Charging' at the bottom of the Battery setting menu, and make sure that Fast charging is enabled, or connect to another power outlet to see if you notice an improvement.
If the issue persists, then try running a battery diagnostic in the Samsung Members app to see if there are any issues with the battery itself.

@MBagshaw15: The cost of a battery replacement for your Galaxy S9 is listed as £109.00 for our authorised doorstep repair service, however this may also include a callout charge.
What I would suggest is contacting our Support Team via Samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, where an advisor will be able to arrange for the device to be inspected, and a new battery fitted for you.
