Hi when I insert the charger a notice pops up saying SLOW CHARGING MAKE SURE CHARGER IS PROPERLY CONNECTED. USE CHARGER THAT CAME WITH DEVICE.
It's the original charger and is connected properly.
Has this happened to any one?
Can you try the following in order...
Turn the Phone Off and On to soft reboot it.
Make sure fast wireless charging is toggled to On in the phones settings.
Ensure there is no lint etc on the phones charging port by using a torch to shine into it.
Try another new original Samsung Fast Charger.
Try a wireless charging pad to see if it's the phones own port at issue.
Finally a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look too.

I have the S9+ and get the slow charging message using the Fast charge plug and supplied USB cable. However it seems the contacts aren't positive as if I push the connector into the phone quite hard it will charge normally, but I really have to push the connector in hard and hold it there for a bit. Both male and female connectors are clean.
