I bought a Samsung galaxy s9+ on black Friday last year and it was said that I would receive a 125 euro cashback.

I filled the information online and still haven't got the money back.

Anyone else regarding this issue?

How do I find the claim ID?

I have looked for it in my email but I haven't received anything that says Claim ID

Hi, I also haven't received my cashback even though receiving cashback email claim id. am investing further for delay.
