For the past 2-3 weeks, i noticed when in a phone call i can barely hear the other person. It has become annoying, i only bought the phone in June 2018. The loud speaker works, and i can hear songs fine when using youtube etc.
I was told today, when NOT on loudspeaker it sounded like i was on a train.
I have tried a soft reset and the following playback test.
1. From the phone dialler, enter *#0283#.
2. Select Start : SPK_2ndMic.
The playback seemed ok. The ear playback i had no playback whatsoever.
I hope this is useful. I'm assuming this will be a warranty related thing? Surely this shouldn't happen at random?
It does look like it'll need to be checked by a Samsung Service Centre.
The test use is to launch the phone app and dial *#0*#
My advice comes from being a UK Samsung Phone Owner.
