With mine, on the Samsung website it showed preparing for despatch when I already had notifications from DPD, the delivery company, saying it was on its way...
Ordered mine on 5th. had confirmation it would arive on 8th. Still pending on 8th but assured by samsung shop it would be with me so i stayed in all day (took a day off work). Didnt arrive so called again. They said Monday for sure. Another day taken off and wasted. no phone and useless support. Now im gwgetti told i wont get it until 15th! Total joke.
