Put new antivirus on phone now not receiving emails on one account but can still send emails?

I put a new antivirus on my s9 and now I can't receive emails on one of my accounts but can still send emails. The default email is fine so not sure what problem is.

Hi @Chyna just to clarify, are you still receiving the emails on other accounts?

Have you checked if the email account is synced?
