My Last Phone The S7 Edge, Used To Send Notifications More Or Less Straight Away As I Received Them.
Now My S9 Only Sends Them ( Sometimes ) Hours Later .
How Can I Get Notifications In Real Time?

Everything Eventually Arrives, But Up To 4 Hours Late Sometimes.
Not So Good For Important Messaages.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.
