The title says it all. The UI is okay to deal with but some of the new features are terrible. I've had my S9 for about 8 months now, and I've never had any problems with it TIL NOW. Closing the apps feature is so complicated, you have to swipe up instead of swiping left or right which is more difficult to do if you're using one hand! The End Call feature isn't there! The photos on my people edge look pixelated! And my clock is on the upper left hand corner, which is very annoying and you can't do anything in the settings to fix it! Fix thisss!!!

It's such a bad update! I have never hated a design as much as I do this one. Very unhappy. Everyone seems to have the same complaints as I'm feeling. I really hope they listen to us and change it asap. The worst. That ***** clock on the left side!! End rant
except for all the annoying stuff samsung has implemented, my S9 also reset by itself a few hours after the upgrade and left me with an empty device in the middle of a trip. called and visited technical support and they have no idea why it would reset nor can they retrieve any of the lost data.

1. I want my camera app set back to the way it was with take a picture and record on the same screen. When you are in a situation where speed is critical, having to look for another screen to take a video makes no sense.
2. Looking for apps I am currently using and scrolling between the two is useless side by side and doesnt give the option to open the ones you are looking at and stack them above each other for ease of checking and reading the two together by simply hovering over them!
I really used to love my S9 but now I am in HATE with it. I have NEVER ranted this much over anything before!
Was there any customer, client, consumer and user input or marketing done before this upgrade was initiated @Sumsung? Do I really need to re-iterate the Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008????? Why have I not seen a single response from Samsung on this? Or is this just a forum where we can rant and rave and hopefully exhaust ourselves to a point that we give up, accept the sub-standard serivce and @Samsung can happily go on making their money with the launch of the New S10!?

The developer needs to be fired. This has been the worst update/design ever. I keep finding "new" things that are horrible with this update. Makes me rethink samsung completely. Im so unhappy with my phone now and feel stuck with it. Im so mad!! Give me back the old layout!!! This new update can shove it
