Healthy Pace troubles on Samsung Health

Have been using Samsung Health App for several years and like it. Two days ago, the Healthy Pace feature stopped working and won't budge from zero. The steps counter works fine. I have checked for updates and cleared cache. Any suggestions?

I can't believe I did not think to do this as a restart fixes 99.9% of computer troubles. Worked like a charm - THANK YOU!
