Hi All

I have an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone whenever I charge the phone the screen shows ”no photos selected” message

I reviewed online to try and fix but I couldn’t see a fix for the Samsung Galaxy S9. On previous devices there were instructions, do you know why this happens and how to fix?

Hi @GeroG.

Are you still having this issue or did you manage to resolve it?

Hi @ChrisM

Still unresolved. Can you help?

Kind regards

Gero

Hi @GeroG. Can you try out Safe Mode? To activate this, restart your phone but whilst it's powering up, keep the 'Volume Down' button held until you reach the home screen. If done correctly, Safe Mode will be displayed in the bottom left corner. Let me know how you get on with this.

Hi Carl

Safe mode is now displayed, what do i do next?

Do you still see the message ”no photos selected” in Safe Mode, @GeroG?

Once in safe mode the phone display is very poor - no connection to most of my apps?

While charged in safe mode the no photos selected still appears?
