I have a Samsung s9+ and recently the fingerprint scanner hasn't been working all the time, I've removed my fingerprints, rebooted my phone the reinstalled them which hasn't rectified the problem, I've also uninstalled recent applications that may have been causing the problem but still I'm having issues
Hey @Happysm1ler! Try wiping your finger before attempting to use the feature again and warm up your hands. Sometimes moisture or other elements can obstruct the reading of your fingerprint. Also, make sure that the phone is running on the latest software version and remove any third-party screen protector, protective film or case on the device as these can compromise the correct reading of the fingerprint.
