My Samsung Galaxy S9 is not found by https://findmymobile.samsung.com
It works fine with my S6, but cannot get a solutoin that it finds the S9. The device is connected to internet, but it constantly shows that the device is offline. I have my Samsung account linked, tried log-out & log in, restarting the device, different browsers... no more idea 😞
All settings are allowed, except "Remote unlock", because when I try to enable, the phone asks for the PIN, I enter it, but the function is still disabled.
It works with the Google version of "Find my device", but I'd like to use the Samsung one as it has more features.
Any idea what could be the problem?
