My phone did a factory reset my pics were backed up in cloud I have lost all pics contacts apps when I go to open a new tab the screens dark and has secret mode on one side
no if you phone backed up properly there still there go into settings backup and restore and restore the missing files if they are still there as in the back up completed and there is a file to restore your details from I hope this helps
