I had the same issue till I read something here. I thought the guy was mad, but evidently not.
He has a deep voice and bixby wouldn't work. His wife tried and had no issues. He thinks it can't hear deep voices.
I tried with a higher tone voice and *****! Works perfect every time
I can't see me ever using it in public though.
