After 10 update, startup is in Portuguese

After the update to Android 10, my S9 starts up in Portuguese.

This is the screen where it tells you the phone is encrypted, as soon as I've entered my PIN and tapped "Fim" (="Finished") the phone switches to English with "Starting Android...".

Any ideas?

Mine starts in Hungarian now. Might be tied to the SIM or some locale setting somewhere or other? Which is another stupid change nobody asked for...
