Hi there,
Just before the corona virus situation I made an appointment to repair my screen (burn). The day I went there they told me they can't take it and that the store might close soon until further notice. My issue was that my warranty was available only till the end of march but the manager assured me that I still can get it fixed till june. Is there such thing? How do i book in the repair, then? They ask if the phone it's older than 24 months, and if it is you need to pay £239. Please help!

The manager of the shop should have made notes on their instore system to show you visited on a certain date to affect a repair and was declined due to the stores temporarily closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
When you go back approach the same manager for support.
You should be fine.
