Hi, I had a detailed discussion with Samsung technical expert, and they have finally asked me to return the product, stating it could be a faulty product. I am not going for replacement since I don't want such a type of experience again and have asked for a full refund. I have packed it back and started using my S22, which is still far better. There is no point upgrading to this latest release when you don't get the improved quality.
Facing same issue camera is not consistent. Works good sometimes in bright light but as soon as little bit low light it takes very bad photos . Also filters some time works and sometimes doesn't. The photos are totally different than what it looks on the selfie camera.
The first thing I searched on the internet after getting the s25 ultra. The front camera doesn't process the images as good as S22ultra. Front camera is disgusting in s25ultra . S22 ultra is 40MP s25 ultra is 12MP what a joke
As much as I hate to admit but disgusting is the word. Comparing side by side selfie photos taken with my S22Ultra makes me feel gutted. My selfie from S25Ultra came out looking like a mirror image with barely any filter or skin smoothing effect even though I have applied it. The photo also has grey cast to it and if anything it highlights the flaws even more. Absolutely disappointed with such a premium price phone.
