Hi
I have been using the Samsung Upgrade program for a few years to upgrade each year and the loan agreement was scrapped when I sent back the phone, last year that stopped but it said its now Samsung flex, but I havent had an email to upgrade to the latest phone this year, and in my Samsung Flex it doesnt give me an option to upgrade? has the program completely gone where you can upgrade every year to a new phone and they wipe the loan for you or am I missing something?
Thanks

I think I may have found the answer on another post, Samsung flex basically isnt offering early upgrade plans like the upgrade program did, which sucks, I enjoyed getting the new phone every year, also seems a bit odd why they wouldnt offer this still as surely getting customers to upgrade early at least locks them in for another year?

You could simply trade in your existing device on www.samsung.com and take out finance for a 12 month period.
Same result

Hi @Members_5nvS4Mf Welcome to the Samsung Community
It seems you need to receive an invitation to upgrade early but there is no guarantee.
"Whilst mid-contract upgrades aren’t offered on Flex, we may still offer it at our discretion.
If you have been invited to upgrade early, you will receive an email with the details on how to take advantage of the offer" https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-flex/
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I'm haveing problems with Samsung Flex, they sent me an email saying I could upgrade my S23 which I had on there flex scheme which I decided to take advantage of as per there terms they wonted my old device returned to them within 7 days which was done, Samsung sent me an email to say the device had turned up and processed and the they would settle the finance on the device which would take up to 10 working days that was over 3 weeks ago now, the finance has still not been settled, Samsung Finance have since taken another payment for the S23 which I no longer have because it's been returned to Samsung, so I'm now paying for two phones. I have spoken to customer service and emailed them copy's of emails regarding the the return, I was told someone would be in contact with me with in 48 hours, that was 4 days ago now, no one has called or emailed, I'm getting very frustrated with this situation now.
Has any one else had these sort of problems when returning a device 🤔
