That makes sense. Being a beta, you should expect issues. Remember, any beta isn't an "update."
I've recently had my own software issues too, but being a beta, and we signed up with the knowledge that it's a beta, the best thing to do is report feedback to the designated section: Samsung Members app - community - beta - beta feedback. Hopefully they'll fix the issues you report.
Clearing the cache partition doesn't delete or remove any personal data. It just removes old background stuff, which can cause issues= zero risk to your data
