Smudge on camera lens on the inside

There is a smudge on the inside of the smaller telephoto lens. 

Not noticed any poor quality photos as I do not use it that often. However, portrait photos appear very soft.

There is a smudge inside the small telephoto lens. It affects the portrait pics a bit.

Does anyone have similar experience with their brand  new s25 Ultra?

Probably condensation.

Try keeping it submerged in a bag of rice for a few days 😊

Unless it has a plastic cover on the lens

If you feel the lens is defective then if your within your cooling off period have the phone replaced. 

If you out kf that period then use a Samsung Service Centre. 

My phone's lenses are clear.

do you have any lenses protector on? If so remove it.

Personally, I think it looks like condensation, try to leave phone it dries, and NEVER put phone into rice.

If you think it's defect would reach out to samsungs repair services as @BandOfBrothers mentioned

Sorry to say that, it's condensation. It's better to replace if itsin warranty. I face th same issue
