Looks like you're trying to open a link for an app that doesn't exist or is broken. Without telling us what the app is, there's nothing we can do

This can sometimes happen when you try to open the Google Play Store and there is no internet at the moment, just close and reopen the GooglePlayStore. And definitely every time if you go to check what's in my picture, try by yourself , there is no app Google Play Store in Google Play Store

VPN will do that (switch off) or if you allow WiFi only within the the Playstore app, give mobile data access too. Correcting either checks will restore downloads

This feature only works in the US. I guess it's something like a satellite phone. And something that is theoretically on the phone, you can't necessarily use it because a lot of things are not available outside the United States.
And this applies to almost everyone from Samsung, Apple, and Google. This means that some in-game items are also unavailable to those who don't live in the US.
