Minor issue, Icon packs not being applied

This is a minor issue, but icon packs are not being applied.  Should I assume this is a result of my launcher, or does everyone else also have this minor issue? 

Applying a different Theme or Wallpaper goes as expected, but icon packs aren't being applied.

Have you tried without the launcher?

I switched back to One UI and the icons were applied, this is a MS Launcher issue.
