We recently purchased a Galaxy S25 Ultra from Korea and brought it to Nepal. We primarily use two telecom providers: NTC (Namaste—Nepal Telecom) and Ncell.
While my device works perfectly with Ncell, it displays random/garbled text instead of the correct network name for NTC (Namaste). You can see the issue in the attached screenshot.
I visited an authorized Samsung service center, but they refused to check the issue, even though I have a valid warranty card.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Is there a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
thank you for your suggestion. I already had done both solutions before posting here, so this solution did not work for me.
how can I inform on original Samsung technical team or community?

You may need to download a language pack for your language, if available, or your carrier may be using your language to display the network name (sorry, I don't know what it is), and it won't display correctly if you use English as your phone's default language.

I think phone is fully unlocked to any network, how can I confirm it? The sim is working perfectly for data, calls, and SMS. The problem is that the name is not showing properly in the nav and about the phone section.
your solution did not work; I tried using different sim from same service, still did not worked so problem is inside phone.

my local language is Nepali, and Nepali is not available in the language pack. my network name shows in English so I don't think the problem is in the language pack.

Has this problem solved or still persisting..?

I could not take the phone back to Korea, so the issue is persisting. I started ignoring this navbar.
