How to stop Annoying feature

Everytime I unistall an app or block a phone number among other things, a notice appears on the bottom of the phone. It stays there for what seems like a long time even if I close out apps or change screens. I'd there a way ti turn this off? In the pic below it says Uninstalled Samsung News. Please help

While you can't completely remove the sign you can choose the duration of it by going to settings > accessibility > advanced settings > time to take action > set to default or preffered time.
