Downgrade from one ui8

Please help, I'm sending my phone back to recycle for a new phone. Phone am sending back is on the one ui 8 beta testing. I have withdrawn it from the programme but can't seem to downgrade the phone back to previous Android version. Question is... how do I revert back to previous Android, or can I send phone back to o2 to be recycled with the Android beta version?

To revert it back, install the smart switch program on your computer, connect your phone to your computer via a usb cable, press allow on your phone screen, press downgrade on the program on your computer

There's no downgrade option

So your smart swich on your pc looks like this, just without the downgrade button? It might take a minute to appear.

If it looks different to that, you might not be connecting your phone correctly

Yeah I got this, i clicked the 3 dots and no downgrade available

You don't click the 3 dots. It just appears at the bottom of the screen shortly after your phone successfully connects

Hi, is it compulsory to downgrade the software or can you still trade it in whilst on a beta program?

You haven't withdrawn properly this happened to me im in the middle of the downgrade it's taken hours
