Double screen (NOT a split screen) problem

Hi there, A double screen issue with my phone. I have tried all recommendations on line to get rid of it but cant. It is not a split screen. There is the bas screen and then a second screen right on top. Any suggestions?

This is very strange—but I'm not totally sure what you mean. Like, the screen is duplicating? Are you able to use another device, take a picture, and upload it here so we can see?

Not sure we all understand here how are you seeing two screens? Something that I can only assume is that you have enabled "Simulate secondary screens" (typed this from my memory)

Go to settings, navigate to the bottom and find Developer options. Then in Dev options find that "Simulate secondary..." and see if that can be turned off.

Let me know if this helps and please provide a photo of an issue you're experiencing.
