I have tried without vain to link my gallery to Microsoft. Just keep getting connection server error. I've disconnected from Microsoft several times both samsung side and microsoft side but to no avail. I originally started trying on a flip 6 then upgraded to s25 but still get same error and its doing my head in. Anyone had this problem and fixed it? I have samsung blaming Microsoft and Microsoft blaming samsung and im stuck in the flipping middle.
Iv'e never managed to do on my S22ultra just won't connect without getting an error saying i already have the Samsung account connected, tried to sign out and back in but got the same message. It's ever since I moved from my S8+ to my S22ultra in the end I just continue to back up my photos in Google Photo's app instead.the daft thing is when I open the onedrive app my photos are there as it's sync from my Google Drive but can't sync them from my Samsung Gallery app only though Google.
I've also tried linking on my galaxy tab 9+ and it doesn't work. This is really doing my head in now. I have 1tb one drive so don't want google but samsung is obviously not fixing this issue. They should go back to samsung cloud backup for pictures and scrap onedrive linking
