Browser shortcut on desktop dissapear

Regardless of the browser, saved shortcuts to various websites dissapear after a few hours. I never had this issue before on S23 Ultra and UI 6. Profil is transfered with smart Switch to the new S25 Ultra and that's where I'm encoutering the problem. App's cache and reset doesn't help neather the phone factory reset. The issue persist.
Just discovered that not only browser shortcuts but the app shortcuts dissapear too...

I think that Samsung is aware. I tried to Google this issue and it is reported on different android devices sinds 2016. Problem is that Google or Samsung never came up with the solution just the possible cause.

Anyway I can't avoid a factory reset, too much settings that are going Wel right now. I also don't believe it would help. For now I save my shortcut via email, so I can't put them back anytime I want, but I'm sure there's a smart guy out there who can fix the problem. Maybe by the next update...

The only thing you can do next to a factory reset is to submit an Error report to Samsung.

Samsung Members app > Support > Errorreports.

After three weeks playing with my S25 Ultra I've discovered that Good Lock (Samsung customization app) might have some problem with the home screen of OneUI7. After deleting Good Lock it seems that all browser shortcuts (tested with Samsung browser, Brave en FF) remain on home screen.

Couple of days later Samsung released security patch of February with several bug repairs. I hoped that the problem would be solved but after reinstalling the Good Lock the shortcuts have disappeared again.

This definitely is not the solution for every similar problem I've found on Google but it worked for me. It seems that OneUI7 "don't like" the Home screen app from Good Lock as I can see in the comments on the Google Store.
