Hello All,
I'm facing persistent issue with Wifi as well as Mobile data. s24 ultra randomly drops the connectivity (Settings show it as enabled ) and I had to turn off and on mobile data to make it work again. This is very irritating while playing games or watching videos. Anyone facing similar issue? Galaxy S24 Ultra

Do you have OneUI updated to v6.1 on your new device?
My problem disappeared after the update.

Same exact issue. I switched carriers because I was convinced it was their fault. They sent me through 3 different troubleshooting sessions that lasted hours and solved nothing. I come to this forum to find that its SAMSUNG'S FAULT THE WHOLE TIME. I just paid off my S22 Ultra and was hoping to use it for years but its absolutely useless now. I had to purchase a brand new phone in the meantime because I need my phone from work. I've lost money both in time and business from this glitch.
I've heard people have no success with Samsung's repair services or they're just so backed up that they can't help.
My question is: Where's the class action lawsuit? Anyone know of any legal recourse here? Is Samsung really not offering any fix to this?
Please let me know.
Soon I'll be switching to Google Phones.

I just had to upgrade to the S24 Ultra for that same problem, it would say I'm not on a registered network. So now that I upgraded, I have the same exact problem...ho does one start a class action lawsuit..this is super frustrating.

OH man I'm sorry to hear you are still having trouble on the new one. Mine has worked fine now for the week I've had it.
If enough consumers complain and a law firm gets a whiff of it there will be a class action started. Just keep your eyes out, maybe set a Google Alert for "Samsung Class Action".
Hope your issues are fixed. Samsung will NOT help.

Same issue on my S24 Ultra. About 3 to 4 times a day my phone says it's not registered on a network. I have to turn airplane mode on and the off to get it to work again

It's definitely a Samsung issue because I'm also using 2 other brands of phones on adroid OS and an IPhone 15, all on the same service plan and my Samsung S24 Ultra is the ONLY one having this problem.

How did you manage to turn it off? It's on for me but it's also grayed out where I can't select it one way or the other it's just permanently on
