Ui 7 phone won't get past whats new

I updated to ui 7 and unlocked my phone and clicked start with took me to the whats new/ai page I clicked next and it just takes me back to the same page, any help would be appreciated, I have tried turning on and off and clearing the cache in volume up power menu

Hold the power button and volume down button until a soft reboot.

Any luck? If not, share a screenshot of what you mean—if you're able to use another device to do it

I've tried soft reboot I'll attach a photo of the page I'm stuck on 🙏

Hm- and it just keeps looping you round?

Ive yet to see this happen.

Try booting into safe mode instead?

power it off, then power it back on while holding the Volume Down button until the Samsung logo appears and the phone boots up.

Hm—that's kind of a brick wall.

Assuming you've tried but you are unable to swipe from the right side of the screen (back)?

If not, it may be a case of keeping attempting this loop or contacting support
