I'm uk user on Tesco mobile but my phones software is security patch level November 2024.

Anybody else have this problem

If from ao it is possible you got a phone meant for some other eu country. Try smartswitch pc software

OK you'll need to check your CSC code as you may have a device from elsewhere out of region

Should get updates no matter where you buy device

Different laws in different countries so it doesn't work like that.

You ideally should be using a device bought from and with the CSC code for your region to ensure all updates come as expected.
