External drives are not visible inside the Secure folder. Even the files outside of the secure folder in the Internal storage are not visible inside Secure Folder.
Only way to add them is via the 'Move to Secure Folder' option in individual apps like Gallery, Samsung Notes, My Files, etc.
This is done to protect the security and privacy of the Secure Folder.
