Samsung wallet set up issue

I am trying to set up Samsung wallet on my S24+ but keep getting the same verification error message as shown. Has anyone seen something similar or know how to get round it? I have tried to restart my phone and try again as it suggests and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no luck. Thanks in advance 👍

Unfortunately, Samsung does not want to admit the mistake. It has released a trial program for the Samsung Wallet with version number 15.2. 52. After uninstalling the wallet, it is not possible to delete the tool associated with it "Samsung Pay Framework", which causes the problem to occur for the basic Samsung Wallet program. Instead of performing a factory reset for the device, Samsung is supposed to make an update to fix the problem.

All solutions failed, the device must be factory reset and I am not enthusiastic about this step

It seems your problem is different, I have logged out of Samsung account and Google account and restarted the device and the problem still persists.

Is samsung wallet just for America?
I cannot finish setting up without adding a zip code. I live in England.

I don't think so, it's available to many countries that have signed an agreement with Samsung.

Have you already factory reset your device? I just found an article hidden within the depths of samsung members saying to uninstall all updates on samsung pay framework and when I did it, it set it to factory app and automatically updated it to the latest one. So now samsung wallet works just fine without having to factory reset my phone.

This method does not work for everyone. I tried it and it did not work for me, so I factory reset the device.
