Samsung promotions is a literally a joke

Hi has anyone here received a email of Samsung about the Samsung watch6 delay literally I paid for service not a mess about literally a sorry is not good enough you need to treat your customers better !!! I submitted it since Jan 25 so this is not acceptable

I'm presuming you've received an email advising of a delay to delivery of S6 Watch (free with S24 Series pre order)?

Samsung have been somewhat overwhelmed with orders and as such there is a delivery backlog as the volume of watches required are am simply not currently in the UK.

Samsung have done the right thing to notify you. There are numerous posts over the last few weeks about lack of communication, now they've communicated and still people complain lol.

I'm sure Samsung will want to get them delivered as soon as they can though.

I think people are complaining as they have had 6 to 7 weeks to ship more watches in and knew exactly how many orders had been put through yet didn't tell anyone until the 45 day turnaround period was approaching.

Most likely because they were hoping to have stock in time but for whatever reason that hasn't happened.

Remember the watch is a gift......

No, the watch is a promotional item, that can influence whether people make a purchase of a specific product, as it did in my case.

They have had weeks to know whether they have had stock and this isn't one or two cases, this is pretty much everyone that ordered the S24 Ultra with the watch as the promotional item.

They need to do better.

I agree Samsung need to do better but they have also described the watch as a gift in their official statements elsewhere.

Fact is that the S24 Series has proven more popular than previous devices and they don't have the stock at the moment. Can't deliver something they don't have.
