Like I said before, show me a statement for the UK, since you are not based in the UK I will explain to you. Europe has many countries within it but not all countries in Europe get updates on the same date. For example Germany often gets updates before the UK, sometimes weeks before, I hope you understand now buddy.

If you live in a particular country or region and there is a statement to roll out the update in that country or region, it doesn't mean every city will get in once; however, it can start from a city, and after it would roll out to the rest of the city, that means it has started from that day in a particular country or region.

It's the 23rd of September. I'm in the UK with an unlocked phone from Samsung, and I still don't have the update S24 ultra
