S24 ultra dead pixel

So I have a dead pixel on my s24 ultra. The problem is I just can't be bothered will all the hassle of returning my phone I am so unlucky with phones and I get problem after problem, s23 was only one that didn't. It's one pixel towards the bottom of the screen and can only been seen on grey backgrounds on low brightness. Is it easy to get a replacement or do I live with it. I can't really be doing without a phone for a week while samsung sorts it and will I inherit something else? What do people think?

Is It 100% a dead pixel or is it related to this vivid mode bug?

Have you changed display settings just to confirm?

Once certain it's faulty, there's no way I would be accepting that and despite the hassle, opt for a replacement.

Good morning, if I were you, I'd return the device for a replacement as the fault could get even worse. Don't wait any longer than you have to, call customer service.

Yea it's there. It's probably a stuck pixel as it just glows white you have to pixel peep to see it but it's there

Ergh..sorry mate that sucks...shouldn't accept that on such an expensive device, that dead pixel will bug you for the entire ownership if you don't change it!

I know what you mean I just have so many issues with my phones. My s23 ultra had dust in the lens I chose to ignore it and to be fair I forgot about, I have had 3 s20fe with green tint, one s20 with green tint, a 14 pro max with sticky out sim tray mate the list goes on and now this lol

That is seriously unlucky...to date...I have had the exact opposite experience with Samsung phones which is why I've stuck with them for the last 5 years!

Your choice of course, but better to decide sooner than later
